Six Week Introduction to Strength Training

Squat, press and pull yourself into the New Year and start breaking those 2018 goals.
This 6 week training camp will teach you how to effectively perform the big 3 movements – The Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift.
The key focus will be to build your lean body mass and increase your maximal strength !


Week 1 = Measurements & Technique
Week 2-3 = Increased lean body mass & work capacity
Week 4-5 = Increased Strength
Week 6 = 1RM Testing and re-measurement
